In today’s economy many people have lost their jobs and are currently out of work. We see it on the news all the time that people are losing their jobs every day and that the current state of the economy is the government’s number one concern. It seems like our country’s unemployment rate is only continuing to rise and it doesn’t look like it is going to get much better any time in the near future.

Companies all over the country are either downgrading the size of their employees and using more machines instead of people, or they are shipping their jobs overseas for cheaper labor. It seems like nearly everything these days is made in China, Japan, or Taiwan. Major companies are taking advantage of the poverty in these countries by sending their products to be shipped there to be assembled for far less than anyone in America would do it for.

It’s incredible that it is cheaper to ship thousands of pounds of materials across the world, pay employees to assemble the product, and then ship it all back to America. People in other countries though are willing to work for a wage that is far less than what they deserve. We know that we deserve to get paid at least enough to make ends meet, but companies are taking advantage of the fact that many people in Asian countries will do whatever they can to get any sort of income.

Maybe if the large American corporations had their products assembled in this country and we only bought domestically produced goods, the economy here wouldn’t be suffering so much. This is all fine speculation but Americans still need to make money to survive. With millions out of work, this is no small thing as there are hundreds lining up for only one job opportunity and those open slots are few and far between.

A look on the bright side reveals that it is possible to take matters into our own hands. We do not have to rely any more on big business to see us through. We can create our own successful online business and be our own boss so we never get laid off again. With appropriate software to help us out, the dream of operating our own business can be realized. Online business is on the upswing and the future looks very good indeed for online entrepreneurs.

Finding a permanent job in this economy is rare and difficult. Where there used to be ten people applying for an open position, there are now twenty. There are far more people out of work than we have jobs to fill. Thankfully now we can all have jobs by choosing to start our own online business. Given how much online business is booming, we can be rest assured that it’s not going anywhere, and neither is our business.

Our economy has not been so bearish since the great depression of the 1930′s. While things today aren’t quite as bad as those days, times are certainly difficult. Those people that are not unemployed are drastically underemployed, hardly able to support themselves, let alone a family. If this describes your situation, or you are one of the lucky ones to have a job, but hate it and hate your boss, starting your own online business may be the motivation you need to kiss your boss goodbye, pick up your spirits and fatten your bank account.
